Choose from ready to stock Cox Airflow 1 and Cox Airflow 3 Series to Cox Jetflow 3 Cartridge guns for spray applications of sealant. Our pneumatic dispensing guns are lightweight, ergonomically designed, and cost-effective, making them ideal for all types of sealant dispensing applications.

Cox Airflow 1 Cartridge and Sachet dispensers are one component bead dispensers suitable for 300ml, 310ml cartridges and 600ml sachet respectively. These Cox Pneumatic Guns come with variable speed regulator for precise control and smooth material flow of low and medium viscous materials. They have direct acting dispensing mechanism in which air pressure is applied directly to the plunger. The dispenser is light weight and fitted with a standard 6.8bar pressure regulator though other pressure regulator options are also available.

Cox Airflow 3 Cartridge and Sachet dispensers are one component bead dispensers suitable for 300ml, 310ml cartridges and 600ml sachet respectively. Apart from all the advantages of Cox Airflow 1, Airflow 3 dispensers are light weight and fitted with a standard 6.8bar regulator though other pressure regulator options are also available. Cox Airflow 3 dispensers are also fitted with built-in silencer (<70dB).

Cox Jetflow 3 Dispensers are suitable for applications involving both Spray and bead dispensing of 1 component sealants. These dispensers come with variable speed regulator for precise control and smooth material flow of low viscous materials. The dispenser is light weight and fitted with a standard 6.8bar regulator though other pressure regulator options are also available. With just one twist the dispenser can be adjusted between spray to bead mode. Typical application involves underbody coating, mould making, silicone emulsion spray among others.
