Mixpac Helical Mixer for Cartridges
Mixpac Helical mixers have the elements designed in the form of spiral that combines and divides the two separate input material in such a way that the resultant mixed material becomes homogenous. They are available in PP, PA and PBT grades. While PP cartridges are used for epoxy and Polyurethanes, PA cartridge and PBT cartridge are used exclusively for packaging methacrylate adhesives.
Helical Static Mixers for 50ml Dual Cartridge Adhesive
Mixpac A type static mixers
Mixpac A type static mixers are the first generation static mixers in which the adhesive inlet is designed in such a manner that both Part A and B enter the mixer together while first contact between Part A and Part B adhesive happens right at the entrance.
Cartridges suitable for “Mixpac A series” mixers are “Mixpac A type cartridges” that have their bayonet designed to fit perfectly on Mixpac A type mixers with Part A and Par B outlet in the cartridge separated by a thin wall.

Mixpac B type static mixers are the second generation static mixers in which the adhesive inlet is designed in such a manner that both Part A and B enter the mixer separately and the first contact between Part A and Part B adhesive happens after the entrance.
Cartridges suitable for “Mixpac B series” mixers are “Mixpac B type cartridges” that have their bayonet designed to fit perfectly on Mixpac B type mixers with Part A and Par B outlet in the cartridge are dispensed through separate tubes.
