Machine Mixers
Machine mixers are specially designed to be used under high pressure and flow in a meter mix machine.
Because machine mixers must withstand high pressure they are constructed of high strength materials. Mixpac range offers a wide variety of machine mixers to suit almost every industry applications.
ME Series Static Mixers (Blue Elements)
MIXPAC and STATOMIX ME series plastic disposable mixers, when used with meter mix equipment, provide a low cost solution for 2- component mixing. The mixer element is molded of polyacetal to withstand the higher pressures of meter mix machines.
STATOMIX ME series mixers are also available with support washers. The washer will prevent the elements from extruding out the end of the housing when working with high pressure applications. STATOMIX ME mixers are suitable for all types of meter, mix and dispensing systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
ME and MS Series mixers from Mixpac offer low cost solution for 2-component adhesive mixing in a meter mix machine dispensing. Outer housing (PP) and elements (PA) are identical in both the mixer type.
The only functional difference between ME and MS Series is the inner diameter of bell mouth housing. To simplify identification, both are color coded. White ME Series are Blue in color, MS Series mixers are Yellow.
