Job Description
The candidate will be responsible to perform right from coordination with customers, cross-functional departments, and arranging coordination for dispatches, sharing the dispatch details. The incumbent will be responsible for handling routine tasks within the order cycle management Support business initiatives related to growth, supply chain and process efficiencies.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Coordination with cross functional departments for arranging logistics(Coordination with planning)
- Manage all aspects of order cycle to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free interface with local customers
SALES SUPPORT
- Partner with sales to achieve sale growth initiatives and company value propositions
- Assist Sales in meeting sales goals
- Ability to handle assigned projects in addition to daily tasks independently
CUSTOMER FOCUS
- Seeks to understand and include customer requirements in all operational plans and activities.
- Ensures effective follow up, responsiveness and feedback to ensure customer requirements are being met.

Job Description
- Check and validate the quality of all the incoming raw material/ products from suppliers as per standards
- Create internal quality policies, and education and implement the same with the team from time to time
- Coordinate with production/stores/dispatch team and ensure ISO/Quality standard are followed in in each stage of operations.
- Prepare documents such as COA, Test Certificate, TDS, Inspection Report, and any other documents related to quality assurance and customer satisfaction reports
- Test current products and identifying deficiencies
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
- Oversee continuous improvement projects
- Collect quality data
- Identify key KPIs for product quality
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
